3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Khushi Enterprise is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact details.

7. Damaged Package

  • If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it if possible.

  • If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping (update as per your business).

  • Additional charges such as customs duty may apply.
